Submission Process
Preparation Guidelines
- Prepare your abstract (250-300 words) following the conference template
- Download and use the IEEE conference template for full papers
- Maximum paper length: 8 pages (including references)
- Ensure your paper is in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format
Submission Steps
- Create an account on Microsoft CMT if you don't have one
- Click the submission button below
- Complete all required fields in the submission form
- Upload your paper file (max 10MB)
- Submit and await confirmation email
You will be redirected to the official submission system
Publication Information
All submitted full papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in a Scopus-indexed book/journal if agreed upon by the authors.
- Double-blind review process
- Scopus-indexed publication for accepted papers
- Either the first author or corresponding author must be a woman
