Submission Process
Preparation Guidelines
- Prepare your abstract (250-300 words) following the conference template
- Download and use the Conference Template for full papers
- Maximum paper length: 8 pages (including references)
- Ensure your paper is in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format
Submission Steps
- Create an account on Microsoft CMT if you don't have one
- Click the submission button below
- Complete all required fields in the submission form
- Upload your paper file (max 10MB)
- Submit and await confirmation email
You will be redirected to the official submission system
Publication Details
All registered and presented papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, book series, or journals following a rigorous peer-review process. The peer review and editorial decisions will be conducted independently by the respective journals or publishers in accordance with their editorial policies.
Journal Publications
Selected high-quality papers will be invited for publication in the following journals (subject to peer review and revisions as per journal standards):
- Journal of Thermal Engineering (Scopus, Q2)
- Sigma Journal of Engineering and Natural Sciences (Scopus, Q4)
- The Empirical Economics Letters (ABDC Indexed)
Additional Scopus-indexed journals will be announced soon.
Book Chapters
Selected papers may also be considered for book chapters in edited volumes, such as:
- Integration of Satellite Imagery with Geospatial AI and Deep Learning for Industrial Applications, Nova Science Publishers
Note for Track 7 Participants
